Soybean Meals to Prevent Breast Cancer

soybeanA new study shows in the U.S., women who consume more soybean during childhood have a lower risk of breast cancer. Earlier studies showing the relationship between soy consumption and breast cancer risk, the research involved 1,600 Asian-American women, 600 of them suffering breast cancer and the remaining is healthy.

Women who regularly consume soybean on average once a week or more during childhood have a risk of 58 percent smaller fell ill with breast cancer than women who consume little soybean. Meanwhile, consuming soy during adulthood regularly is associated with the 25 percent decrease in breast cancer risk.

Isoflavones that found in soybean are antioxidants that have ability to protect the network breast. In an experiment, the actual nutrition can improve soybean resistance to the carcinogen.
