How to kill a laziness in the morning

Do you ever feel so lazy when wake up in the morning? Actually your mind wants to really wake up but your body refuses to wake up. If you had experienced with this condition just try this tips to kill a laziness in the morning :
  • Stretched out supine, place elbow at bed and places gently palm under belly.
  • Inhale long ala adagio. Don't puff up your chest. On the contrary, let your breath go down towards belly. Your hand necessarily perceives your belly ascends with breath attraction.
  • While release your breath, feel your hand is down. Keep up gets breath as it for minutes
Just try it to get a happy day in the morning ;-)
